Welcome! This is a website that everyone can build together. It's easy!

Welcome to Web 2.0 for College Instructors!

The easiest way to go through the course is to view the pages in the section to the left called "site pages". The pages are listed in order and "What is Web 2.0?" is a good starting point- and so is the "Tips & FAQs" page- but you can explore the pages in any order that interests you.

There is an area called "The Sandbox" that provides some suggestions for activities you can try while exploring the materials about Google Apps. The best way to learn is by giving things a try. And, "playing" is a great way to learn!

Feel free to start a discussion "thread" using the link at the bottom of the relevant page (probably the best way to ask questions!) or send an email.

Note: I created this video introduction using Animoto- one of my favorite Web 2.0 Apps- uploaded it to YouTube, then "embedded" it into this page.

Please view this "Home" page using Internet Explorer because Firefox seems to have inexplicable trouble with the formatting and media!

How did you get both columns to be the same size? I have tried to change the settings and have had no success.

After seeing the video on the home page, which I enjoyed very much, I decided to try Animoto. What a great tool. Thanks for posting the link.
